I’m Gonçalo, born and raised on the outskirts of Lisbon, I graduated in architecture but it was always with photography that I felt most comfortable.
Since I was very young I have been carrying a camera in my hand, but my first professional approach was when I started working as an architect and it allowed me to do some assignments in this area.
In 2017 there was a turning point in my life when I did an internship in São Paulo and it took me to discover an amazing country like Brazil! At this point I realized how easy it was to be able to travel, which led me to create my travel blog to portray more people who aroused curiosity around me.
As time went by, I realized that I liked capturing people’s stories and so, after years of ignoring my friends’ warnings, I decided to give weddings and baptisms a chance. At the same time, the possibility of photographing concerts and other events also emerged.
Nowadays, I do a little bit of everything and I really enjoy what I do. I’m still in Lisbon and available to work elsewhere in the country but also abroad.
