I already had a lot prepared for this year when Rita and Vitor came to me to photograph their wedding. Unfortunately (or fortunately for me), they had some problems with organizing their wedding and ended up meeting with me, just a month and a half before their big day.

They ended up moving the wedding venue to Quinta da Serralheira in Palmela where we spent the whole day celebrating that day with their friends and family. And what a day! The weather was very good for photography and there was no lack of entertainment and (lots of!) dancing from the beginning to the end of the wedding. Starting with the bride’s entrance to the dance floor, there were incredible moments with lots of excitement that only made this day even more special!

After an outdoor ceremony with a lot of mixed emotions, the cake was cut shortly after before heading to the cocktail hour. We took advantage of the late light to go to the vineyards for the bride and groom session, which was magical! Before dinner there was still time for a group photo and then it was time to celebrate as only Rita and Vitor know how to do. It was the perfect way to start the 2024 season!
